1.食材洗干净,秋葵用剪刀去掉头尾(难剪的十有八九就是老了,咬不烂)

2.切肉丝,切好后放 生姜,半勺料酒,半勺醋,一勺生抽,1/3勺老抽,少许盐(一点就好,调料里都含有盐份),半勺十三香,小半勺香油抓匀,腌制十分钟
